TechLaw Group, Inc. is not a partnership, and neither restricts nor requires referrals among its members. Each member firm is independently organized and managed, and performs its own work for its own clients, associating with other firms on particular client matters or referring matters to other firms (whether or not they are TechLaw Group, Inc. members) only when considered appropriate under all the circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Due to possible conflict-of-interest and other considerations generally applicable to such matters, TechLaw Group, Inc. members are neither obligated nor routinely expected to accept any client matter referred by or to another member firm, as the case may be, nor do they consider any firm's membership or participation in TechLaw Group, Inc. to preclude that member's representation of its clients' interests in matters adverse to the interests of any other member's clients.
